By using I'm Not A Robot, you agree to these terms.
The game displays images sourced from public search results filtered to Creative Commons licenses. We make a good-faith effort to ensure all displayed images are freely usable, but cannot independently verify every image's license. If you believe an image is displayed in violation of its license, please use the in-game report feature described below.
Each game card can be reported by long-pressing it (or right-clicking on desktop). This opens a report dialog with three options:
Title is inappropriate — Use this if the trend keyword itself is offensive, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise unsuitable content.
Image is inappropriate — Use this if the image displayed on the card is offensive, disturbing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable regardless of its license status.
Image is not free use — Use this if you recognize the image as one that is not covered by a Creative Commons or equivalent license, or if you are the rights holder and have not granted permission for its use.
Reports are reviewed and acted upon by removing the offending content from the game's data. We aim to respond to reports promptly.
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not attempt to scrape game data automatically or submit false reports.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

I'm Not A Robot is a puzzle game developed by Khan and ClayRobot Games. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not require an account and does not identify you in any way.
The app saves game progress, preferences (theme, sound, difficulty), and image validation results to your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is only used to remember your game state between sessions.
The app fetches daily trending topic data and associated images from our backend server to populate the game cards. These requests do not include any user identifiers or personal data — the server has no way to associate a request with a specific person or device.
Images displayed on cards are loaded directly from their original sources (Wikipedia and other public web sources).
This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date.
